Contrasts and opposites make the world turn. Every thing has its other side. This project is mainly made up of opposites, two sides of contradiction - buildings and streets, privacy and publicity, the public interest and business, historical heritage and a modern approach. These opposites always go in a spiral, one becoming the other, but on the opposite sides, they still form a whole. There will be things that will change. These ideas are also the basis for the development of this project.
