As a result, in order to ensure the diverse function of the municipal administration, the volumes of both buildings are placed in the form of the letter L, where each volume has its own main entrance and a separate landscaped front yard with parking lots. The basic idea of the project is designed to preserve all existing trees. In front of the building, a hall of the catering complex is immersed in the ground, decorated with decorations.
